UETDRMP010 – Provide First Aid in an ESI environment

Gain the essential first aid skills required to respond confidently to emergencies in the Electricity Supply Industry (ESI). This course equips participants with the knowledge to recognise and manage workplace emergencies, provide an initial first aid response, and perform basic life support in accordance with established workplace procedures. Designed for those working in or entering the ESI, this training supports industry requirements and helps ensure a safe and effective response to electrical workplace incidents. Please note that licensing or regulatory requirements may apply depending on your role and state or territory legislation.

First Aid Courses

Develop the skills and confidence to respond to complex emergencies with our nationally recognised HLTAID014 Provide Advanced First Aid and HLTAID015 Provide Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy course. Delivered through a blend of online learning and practical face-to-face training, this course prepares participants to manage emergency situations in workplace and community settings.

You’ll learn advanced first aid techniques, including CPR, oxygen therapy, advanced resuscitation, management of life-threatening bleeding, head, neck and spinal injuries, shock, hypothermia, and hyperthermia. Practical training uses realistic emergency scenarios and specialised equipment to build the skills needed to provide effective care in line with current Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines until emergency services arrive.
