During the face-to-face training, trainers reinforce key concepts, cover additional learning content and knowledge questions not included in the online component, and assess practical competency in realistic emergency scenarios.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Designed to build confidence and capability, this nationally recognised course uses practical, simulated real-life situations to develop the skills required to coordinate and manage emergency responses in workplace and community settings. Practical training and assessment are then completed in person using realistic emergency scenarios and specialised equipment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>*Important:<\/strong> To achieve a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment, participants must successfully perform CPR on an adult manikin positioned on the floor.
