complete the following documentation to the appropriate standard:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Emergency equipment fault log<\/li>\n<li>Emergency evacuation incident and debrief form<\/li>\n<li>Facility emergency plan extract<\/li>\n<li>Incident report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Theory Assessment<\/h3>\n<p>The theory assessment includes multiple-choice and short-answer questions.
